For this project, I needed to create several job aids for features in the Totara LMS, which is an enterprise version of Moodle. This job aid shows how to schedule instructor-led training sessions, also referred to as Face-to-Face Activities. The job-aids were produced in Microsoft Publisher and designed to replicate the steps recorded in Storyline and Captivate eLearning tutorials.
